The interview with Drs. Henry and Laura Tenckhoff is now a part of the Nephrology Oral History project. In this interview Dr. Henry Tenckhoff talks about his training in Germany and his move to Seattle as a Scribner Fellow in the early 1960s. He discusses the early days of Peritoneal Dialysis and the development and use of the Tenckhoff catheter. Dr. Laura Tenckhoff adds her voice to share her history and her thoughts about their two-physician family.
